Prepare for a unique treat from Toyota when you go to the 6th Philippine International Motor Show as the country's number one automaker has just brought in the Toyota FT-1 Concept for the public to see.

Billed by the automaker as their ultimate vision of coupe design, the 'track-focused' concept has styling elements from classic Toyota nameplates such as the 2000GT, MR2, Celica and Supra.

Up front, the FT-1 bears an aggressive fascia that is dominated by sleek headlights, a long hood and large air intakes. The concept car also came with a retractable rear wing, Pirelli P-Zero tires,

The FT-1 was designed by Calty Design Research with Polyphony Digital, the developer of the Gran Turismo series. As such, the FT-1 is available as a playable car in Gran Turismo 6.

The FT-1 is supposedly a preview of the next-generation successor of the Toyota Supra. Our spies have caught the prototype that was developed from the FT-1 undergoing testing abroad.
