New York 2013 Preview: Subaru to unveil hybrid XV
Built to get dirty, not to be dirty.
Subaru has announced that the brand will hold the world premiere of its first-ever production hybrid vehicle, the Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid, at the 2013 New York International Auto Show happening this March 29 until April 7 at the Jacob K. Javits Center.
It will be based on the 2013 XV Crosstrek crossover and uses a Subaru engineered Hybrid system and will still be retaining Subaru’s Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system. Subaru even claims that the XV Crosstrek hybrid will be the most fuel-efficient and has the lowest-emission hybrid crossover in America once launched.

Aside from some the new body color, wheels, hybrid badges, and redesigned head and tail lamps, we all have to wait for a few more days before we can get hold of the official specification of the new XV Crosstrek hybrid. Meanwhile, Motor Image Pilipinas have not yet receive any news nor plans of bringing the said model locally.
