LR Phil Motors Inc. formally introduced the new Range Rover Evoque to the Philippine market at the Land Rover Activity Centre, Taguig. The introduction was very timely because the Range Rover Evoque was awarded the 2012 North American Truck of the Year just a few days ago. Featuring it as the smallest, lightest, and most environment friendly Range Rover yet, this premium generation of SUV, with its futuristic design and features, aims to attract consumers that haven't considered buying an SUV before.

Unlike any previous Range Rover, the Evoque adopts a very dynamic profile from the LRX concept car, with its rising beltline, a muscular shoulder running the length of the car, and a distinctive taper to the floating roofline. The Evoque are offered in three stylish design themes namely: pure, which combines the car's stylish exterior with neutral colored interior; prestige, is the ultimate luxury with 19-inch wheels and metallic details, coupled with interior wrapped in premium leather; and laslty the dynamic, with a choice of 19 or 20-inch wheels, unique bumpers, sills, grille, tailpipes, and coupled with a dark colored cabin to complete a bolder and sportier look.

The Evoque delivers excellent performance and fuel economy with an all-new 240-horsepower Si4 turbocharged direct injected 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine and a six-speed automatic transmission. It is an all-terrain vehicle in a compact package. The Range Rover Evoque will be available in a coupe or a five-door version.

The Range Rover Evoque boasts that it is one of only a few vehicle manufacturers to have completed an officially recognized study of the environmental impact of a vehicle from the Vehicle Cerification Agency(VCA); from manufacturing, through a lifetime of customer use, to disposal and recycling. The report highlights many of the processes that make the Range Rover Evoque the brand's lightest and most efficient vehicle to date.

The Range Rover Evoque is now available at the Land Rover Activity Centre, Bonifacfio Global City, Taguig. The 5-door version model's price starts at PhP5,350,000, and PhP5,500,000 for the coupe version
