Frankfurt 2015 Preview: Nissan teases crossover concept, likely next-gen Juke
Nissan's new crossover concept features sharp design
Nissan has released the first teaser image of its new crossover concept that will debut at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show on September 15.
The Japanese automaker remains to be secretive in handing out details about its new crossover concept. However, Nissan says the concept will show that they can “continue to innovate and move the bar higher” when it comes to crossovers.
From the looks of it, the concept seems to be fitted with boomerang-shaped LED headlights, a large V-motion grill and an aggressive bumper. In addition, the concept is characterized by sharp character lines.
Earlier this month, Nissan has announced that a new generation Juke is slated for production in the UK. Nissan Europe Chairman Paul Willcox said that the next-generation Juke will be produced at the company's Sunderland plant.
“With the next generation Juke now confirmed for future production, customers can be assured that Nissan is going to remain the benchmark in the crossover segment for many years to come. This announcement also gives security to our Sunderland plant beyond 2020, which the team has earned through many years of hard work and their ability to continually raise the bar on quality,” said Willcox.
In this regard, could Nissan's new crossover concept preview the next Juke?
